A week in the life of aMission AssuranceLead:

• Manage teams to provideConfiguration, Change, and Release Management Services that conform to the DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), the TSA OIT Systems Lifecycle Playbook, and industry standard service management methodologies.
• Track all directed Configuration and Change management system through their lifecycle across all locations.
• Manage all Change Management/Document Management/ Quality Assurance activities per applicable SOPs.
• Support the Government determined production releases from Tier III (Application Development) and fromIaCfor deployment toapplicableenvironments.

Experience in facilitating everyChangeControlReview BoardMeetings,toinclude,butnotlimitedto:

• TechnicalReviewBoards(TRB)
• ChangeReviewBoards(CRB)
• ProductionStabilityBoards(PSB)
• AgileceremoniesasdefinednecessarybytheGovernment

Experiencein Configuration Control:

• Createand maintaina change portal for submitting and managing all internal IMO standard, normal, and emergency change requests.
• Create the team's configuration management plan.
• Coordinate high volumes of change requests to completion for theTechnical Impact Analysis team, Change Control Board (CCB), andEnterprise CCB.
• Create the System Change Request (SCR), Forward Schedule of Change, SCR Service Outage Calendar andautomate the Google Apps script change request form providing automatic entering of entries into a Google spreadsheet.
• Customize Google Apps Script/JavasScript enhanced features (such as conditional email notifications, dynamically created PDF SCRs, option to use digitally signed Common Access Card (CAC) signature and outage notifications for the Helpdesk team).
• Softwareand hardwareconfiguration management.

• Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearance preferred but not required.
