Based CHA's long term vision & strategic plan, as well as the annual operating plan, and in collaboration with the board and executive leadership, establishes the vision, direction and priorities for all functions mentioned above system wide. Works collaboratively with CHA executive leadership, members, leaders, and other executive and medical staff leaders to develop and
