Job Summary:

The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for developing global strategic and tactical marketing programs, aligned with the objectives of the business sector to maximize growth potential of respective products and services.

Owns and drives global B2B marketing strategy and activation for respective assigned product, focusing on customer insight and needs and selected target segments. Aligns and ensures support from Business Sector, Sales, Business management, Key HQ/ SSC stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

  • Defines and develops the marketing strategy & activation (programs and campaigns) for the respective products & services (based on Business Marketing plan) to achieve efficient/effective sales & profit growth.

  • Provides strategic guidance and oversight on B2B messaging, go to market strategy for the respective assigned products and solutions to leverage the portfolio and workflows; drives strategic direction on what to market when/where in alignment with the Business Sector stakeholders.

  • Responsible for market and customer research, segmentation, insight, value proposition and messaging to ensure long-term growth above competition for assigned product.

  • Defines & coordinates implementation of marketing activation plan for all channels with relevant functions in alignment with the needs of local sales organizations and customers (Med. Affairs, Events, Learning Management, etc., and leads Product Launch process /launch activities.

  • Cascading of globally aligned marketing strategy and activation into all global regions, oversight of development of regional/local marketing plans & activities.

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, business, or life sciences.

  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience

  • Minimum 2-year experience in digital health or (SaaS ) solutions in health care or related industry

  • Proven track record of results in strategic marketing, sales activation, and marketing communications

  • Worked in multi-cultural and matrix/multi-sites working environments.

  • Strong customer focus and curiosity about customer insights

  • Experience in sales and customer-facing relationship building

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.

The annual pay range for this position is $114,800 - $143,500.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
