The Mobile Solutions Global Pricing Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of pricing strategies and actions across global markets in this vertical business. This high-impact role entails developing, implementing, and refining pricing models and frameworks to optimize profitability and market penetration. The Director will work closely with various teams including Sales, Product Management, Finance and Marketing, to ensure achievement of annual business objectives. Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of pricing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Develop and drive the organization's global pricing strategy and implementation to support business growth and profitability goals.

• Oversee the implementation of global pricing and quoting through CRM. Develop policies and procedures that ensure global consistency.

• Lead the analysis of market trends, inflation, competitor strategies, currency fluctuations, and customer sensitivity to inform and adjust pricing structures and strategies.

• Regularly report to business unit stakeholders on pricing performance metrics, key initiatives, and expectations.

• Lead initiatives for pricing automation and infrastructure improvements, ensuring scalability and responsiveness to market changes.

• Ensure compliance with global financial and legal standards related to pricing, including periodic audit support (internal and external).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a closely related field

• 4+ years of experiencemanaging a regional or global team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree is preferred.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, global teams.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling using tools like Excel, Tableau, BI or other.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future market trends and implications for the company.

• High degree of professionalism and ethical approach to business.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
