Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days.This position is a hybrid of in person and remote work from home. When in person you will work at 451 Junction Rd in Madison, WI.

Working as a behavioral health provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician, Primary Care - In Training to:

  • Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health treatment to adults in a primary care setting.
  • Work collaboratively with other providers to complete assessments/intakes, brief psychotherapy, case management, and related documentation.

Education:

Minimum - Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Health related fiel

Work Experience:

Minimum - One (1) year internship in a behavioral health setting

Certifications:

Minimum -

  • License eligible as a Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW upon completion of supervised hours.
  • License required within 2.5 years of hire.
