Develop and maintain scheduling of associates for the Service Delivery team to ensure proper coverage and staffing levels. They will also collect, compile, and present data to measure performance and monitor effectiveness of associates. They will use this data to make recommendations regarding staffing and phone coverage. Complete other tasks and requests assigned by management. This may include and not be limited to: ad hoc requests, major incident reporting, etc..


What You'll Do

  • Service Delivery forecasting/scheduling needs.
  • Provide data and analysis to teams within the organization.
  • Incident Management reporting and analysis
  • Provide customer contact metrics.
  • QA data in support of Service Delivery
  • Ad Hoc data and reporting requests.
  • Can take calls as needed by volume.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or experience equivalence Required.
  • 1-3 years Required.
  • 4-6 years in a Call Center or Service Desk environment Preferred.
  • A+, Net+ or equivalent experience Preferred.
  • 4-6 years' experience working with PC's and LANs in a business environment Preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in reporting software applications/systems.
  • Strong skills in building presentations in PowerPoint
  • Will assist with any required data for audit requests.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations and topologies.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting networking equipment and TCP/IP.
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple incidents & service request tickets
  • Working knowledge of Windows XP-10, MS Office 2003-2013, Exchange Server/Outlook messaging, Windows Active Directory, SharePoint, IBM Mainframe and AS/400 environments, Oracle Applications

  • ITSM Toolset
