Job Description

As a Manager, Enrollments with our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Enrollment & Enablement team, by providing day-to-day management and leadership. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams to prepare for new enrollments, coordinate vendor management activities, and manage internal and external reporting requirements.

We are currently hiring out of the following office locations:

  • McLean, VA (preferred)
  • Cherry Hill, NJ
  • Downers Grove, IL

This role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to one of these office locations, even if you plan to request work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

This key position reports to the Director, Managed AR Growth & Development within our Global Customer Success department and supports our Managed Accounts Receivable (AR) program. As the O2C Enrollments Manager, you will:

  • Lead a dynamic team of Enrollment and Enablement Specialists by providing both leadership and hands-on guidance to ensure the team's effective performance, health, and overall success.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Train and align specialists to enhance their ability to serve the buyer and seller communities ensuring high-quality service and data integrity.
  • Identify and develop professional growth opportunities for team members.
  • Participate in the transition from sales cycle to implementation and roll-out by gathering new Client requirements and developing an appropriate enrollment strategy that meets established deadlines.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Director of Growth and Development to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging during buyer and seller onboarding.
  • Lead ongoing efforts with Product and Development teams to create and maintain the tools and systems necessary to carry out the enrollment and onboarding functions effectively.
  • Foster strong collaboration between the team members and cross-functional departments such as Sales, Professional Services, Finance, Product, and Support to instill a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the Success and Growth teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.
  • Act as the primary escalation point and advocate for the team, ensuring their needs are met and obstacles are removed.
  • Work with leadership to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess the effectiveness of the team and use data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.
  • Strengthen technology best practices and enforce governance standards within the team to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture, actively contributing to team development through activities such as continuous coaching, recruitment, onboarding, career advancement, and performance management.
  • Document requirements and collaborate directly with Managed Services leaders to implement impactful enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to better serve our client communities.
  • Perform routine assessments to identify strengths and areas for standardization and documentation, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, showcase best practices, uncover weaknesses and potential threats, and develop long-term improvement strategies to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for enrollment process of all Managed AR programs.

You'll need to have:

  • Leadership experience, managing a team in a comparable software/SaaS environment
  • Relevant experience managing Business Development, Enrollments, or Managed Services teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant study, or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization including cross-functional colleague, executive leadership, and customers
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to take ideas from concept through implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize customer satisfaction, with a commitment to respectful and courteous service delivery
  • A commitment to diversity of thought and consideration of different ideas
  • Proactive analytical skills and a creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to develop, implement, and execute processes to resolve and prevent issues
  • Effective communication skills and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Impactful leadership skills, with the demonstrable ability to develop individuals and teams
  • Strong coaching and counseling skills to influence others to take action and achieve objectives
  • Efficient organizational skills, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly MS Excel to analyze and chart data
  • A positive attitude and a record of consistently meeting commitments and delivering quality outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Accounting experience (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)
  • Experience working in Managed Services
