THE ROLE

As part of the Human Resources (HR) team, the Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in the finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent that satisfy WittKieffer's organizational needs. The Recruitment Coordinator collaborates with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage full life cycle recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The incumbent will work across the entire process from the start of a new recruitment effort to supporting new hire onboarding.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open position requisitions in WittKieffer's applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday, as well as sharing openings on appropriate job boards where not integrated.

  • For select roles, complete full cycle recruiting including screen candidates and working with hiring managers.

  • Interface with third party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule interviews. Manage candidate expense reimbursement.

  • Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.

  • Maintain and track candidate status in ATS Workday. Help track recruitment process status and performance metrics.

  • Administer the use of assessments in WittKieffer's selection process.

  • Support the creation of offer letters, Employee Agreements, and other offer documents within established guidelines.

  • Initiate background checks and other candidate due diligence processes.

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing, and others to ensure all appropriate parties are informed when new hires are starting.

  • Develop new hire onboarding plans for firmwide elements; collaborate with departments, markets, and solutions to integrate their specific elements into new hire onboarding plans.

  • Keep candidate materials up to date.

  • Validate and process invoices for talent acquisition partners and/or other recruitment expenses.

  • Participate in recruiting and HR projects including process documentation, employer branding.

  • Help manage WittKieffer's employer brand on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

  • As needed, provide general support for the broader HR team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

  • Preference given to candidates with talent acquisition and/or human resources certifications.

  • Up to two years' experience in a recruiting or HR capacity.

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting is highly preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.

  • Familiarity with social media, particularly LinkedIn is highly desired.
