Responsibilities

    Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates.
  • Submit & respond to RFI's.
  • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by making calls, qualifying subcontractors, etc.
  • Maintain and complete Pre-Qualification Packages and bid packages.
  • Promote and Maintain Client Relationships through frequent communication
  • Work closely with Cheif Estimator & Vice President.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates

Qualifications
  • Computer skills including the ability to use estimating software (like Blue Beam), word processing, spread sheets, bid management, online plan rooms and database applications and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills/Qualifications:
