Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Business Process Analyst to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. In this role, you will ensure that processes and systems established within the Commercial Group are flexible and scalable to support ICG's changing needs. You'll work with business leaders to understand business needs and develop and implement processes to support those needs. You will also use research, documentation, and in-depth analysis, to maintain a deep understanding of current systems and processes; making recommendations and providing support for how they can be improved. In addition, you'll manage the projects for implementation of process and system improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR year for year directly related experience
  • 2 years' business analysis or processes experience using a variety of analytical tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced EXCEL skills, including data manipulation/design, charts, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with analysis/visualization tools such Looker, Qlik, or Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions from it
  • Ability to provide BI team with actionable business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates proposed or existing business systems and processes, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends and implements improvements.
  • Partners with other departments to understand current Ingram policies and business practices, including pricing and order management.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to understand how systems are being used and develop and recommend solutions and/or improvements.
  • Acts as a liaison and collaborates with customers, internal users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs; ensuringboth their needs and ICG needs are met.
  • Manages assigned projects from planning through to completion to include scheduling meetings, setting deadlines and assigning work.
  • Utilizes internal tools and order data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement with wholesale customer order settings and catalog feeds
