Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for an Electronic Calibration & Maintenance Technician to join them. You will report to the Actuation and Avionics Quality Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for Electronic Calibration & Maintenance Technician, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • An Associates Degree or equivalent Technical Training in a relevant field + at least 5 years of related experience in Electrical Calibration, assembly, repair and/or maintenance, OR

* High school diploma and at least 9 years of related experience in electronic calibration, assembly, repair and/or maintenance.

As an Electronic Calibration & Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Calibrate, maintain, repair, and install a variety of complex analog/digital electronic test equipment used in production settings.
  • Calibrate various electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic measuring and test equipment.
  • Plan, set up, and perform required operations to calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic/hydraulic test equipment to manufacturers or customers specifications.
  • Diagnose problems and determine the extent of repairs necessary.
  • Disassemble equipment to replace or repair damaged or defective parts.
  • Reassemble and test equipment to verify performance, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Perform fault isolation activities and logically interpret fault symptoms.
  • Work closely with engineering and recommend any changes to be made to calibration procedures.
  • Review daily computer and/or manual calibration lists to ensure timely calibration of test equipment.
  • Keep a detailed history of calibration history.

Salary Range:

* The salary range for this opportunity is $52,457.60 - $93,433.60.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance.
