Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Develops hardware or software based CNO capabilities
  • Supports operations planning, scenario testing, and execution.
  • Performs applied research and development to analyze, design, and identify desired programmatic behaviors.
  • Evaluates and analyzes complex malicious code through the use of tools, including disassemblers, debuggers, hex editors, un-packers, virtual machines, and network sniffers
  • Develops and executes plans for new technologies to enhance security capabilities including, perimeter security protections, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, monitoring tools, and data analytics and analysis.
  • Verifies the quality of CNO capabilities.Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
  • Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
  • Explains information to others in straightforward situations
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance
  • 2 years with BS/BA

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
