The Certified Nursing Assistant position is a critical caretaking role to ensure our residents are healthy, safe and well-cared for while at home in Luther Manor. Our Certified Nursing Assistants have the power to impact the lives of our residents each day with a big smile, an encouraging word, and a compassionate hand.

• Demonstrated competency as a C.N.A through certified with State/Federal status on the State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry
• Must have the ability to interact diplomatically and effectively with staff, residents, family members, visitors and volunteers
• Candidates with an enthusiasm and passion for serving the older adult population; able to demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, ability to be proactive and show compassion for others
• Candidates with a positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work
• Ability to spend 90% of the work shift moving about the work area, extensive walking is required
• Physically able to assist and transport residents; must be able to push, pull or lift up to 35 pounds
