Job Description
  • Create plant staffing schedule. Updates crew schedules on a daily basis including vacation coverage, call-ins, OT and temporary job assignments. Post and communicate schedule with associates and plant leadership.


  • Monitor Payroll data integrity. Ensure coding is accurate and that associates are paid for all time worked.


  • Coordinate with Temporary Staffing Agency to fill openings.


  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, direction, and other information.


  • Complete reports as assigned and communicate with plant leadership.


  • Input disciplinary data


  • Provide administrative support for associates by answering questions or directing the appropriate place for answers.


  • Provide emergency response support via reporting and phone calls.


  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.


  • Must perform at least 3 different safety engagement activities per week.


  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, collating, and ordering supplies.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
