Create plant staffing schedule. Updates crew schedules on a daily basis including vacation coverage, call-ins, OT and temporary job assignments. Post and communicate schedule with associates and plant leadership.
Monitor Payroll data integrity. Ensure coding is accurate and that associates are paid for all time worked.
Coordinate with Temporary Staffing Agency to fill openings.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, direction, and other information.
Complete reports as assigned and communicate with plant leadership.
Input disciplinary data
Provide administrative support for associates by answering questions or directing the appropriate place for answers.
Provide emergency response support via reporting and phone calls.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Must perform at least 3 different safety engagement activities per week.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, collating, and ordering supplies.
