Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a category expert for an assigned portfolio of products and services related to human resources for internal and external stakeholders. You will manage a competitive contract portfolio by driving the strategy and development of the agreements to help providers elevate cost performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage moderate to high complexity portfolio of human resources related (e.g., high visibility, utilization, and / or legal issues), supplier and provider relationships to ensure the highest service delivery and best overall value.

  • Exhibit category expertise in the development and sharing of industry insights, trends, and best practices with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., blogs, category insights, industry magazines).

  • Facilitate gathering input from provider councils and taskforces to understand provider needs and incorporate into category development initiatives.

  • Act as category subject matter expert in educating and influencing providers toward utilizing national agreements and partnership agreements, as applicable.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive partnership, engagement, and development of all available solutions for utilization by providers.

  • Represent Vizient at meetings and industry events (e.g., ASHHRA, and other provider and supplier meetings).

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and revenue plans to measure contract performance against category objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in human resources consulting, account management, or internal development of human resources strategies (e.g. talent management, workforce planning, etc.) required.

  • Expertise in human resources vendor selection and/or partnerships in a healthcare setting highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop content and present category knowledge in front of both large and small audiences.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
