Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Conference Planner / Administrative Analyst to support our contract with a federal client's private sector engagement program. Responsibilities include preparing letters, presentations, and reports including drafting and/or editing email and correspondences. In addition, the analyst will manage the office calendar and arrange appointments; coordinate meetings between high-level personnel from various client and private sector entities; and assist with the general administrative functions in support of private sector engagement programs. Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports including drafting and/or editing emails and correspondence.
  • Manage the office calendar and arrange appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings between high level personnel from various client and private sector entities.
  • Assist with general administrative functions in support of the private sector engagement program.
  • Travel locally and domestically to assist with key events and conferences.
  • Coordinate with external and internal vendors for large events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate communications for office management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and SharePoint.
