The Systems Administrator III is responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of Prolacta Bioscience. In addition, this position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure which includes network, connectivity, servers, and infrastructure. To accomplish their role, the Systems Administrator III must evaluate and manage 3rd Party Managed Service Providers (MSP) and issue work to the MSP to ensure the infrastructure is both implemented and maintained properly. This role provides server, network and level 3 helpdesk support to our personnel, resolving system and client issues in a professional and timely manner, designing and implementing standard procedures, and tracking helpdesk tickets to closure. This role will work closely with the IT Senior Management and be responsible for the decision and execution of software, hardware and network patching and upgrades throughout the enterprise.
