Position: Material Handler

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Wage: $21.54/hr

Shift: 2nd

While reporting to the production shift supervisor, you will be responsible for primarily servicing the 48 spiral line. You should be aware that there will be times where you will be assisting other spiral lines as needed. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail. Plant and job seniority/ lines of progression, as outlined by corporate HR procedures will be followed when filing this position.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reporting in Oracle
• Servicing spiral lines
• Forklift Operations: Loading/Unloading trucks
• Moving trailers
• Month End cycle count process.
• 5S/DTM activities
• All other duties assigned.

• You must have at least one-year of Forklift Experience (Required)
• You will need to have exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• You have to have a "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks.

• You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Having the ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success.
• You will need to have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Physical work including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
• Must be willing to work outside of regular shift hours including weekends if production or customer demands require it.
