Job Description:

• Develop signal processing techniques to detect, identify, and demodulate highly sophisticated RF signals.
• Implement DSP techniques in C++ as part of the development team for a custom signal processing platform.
• Knowledge of advanced modulation techniques is essential.
• Develop C++ code to detect and process signals of interest (SOI's) based on recordings and analytical reports, as part of an established Customer-developed software-defined radio (SDR) application with a modular architecture.

The Level 3 Software Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Highly desirable experience: SDR, state-of-the-art digital receivers, direct digital down conversion, digital channelizers, spread-spectrum techniques, full-chain RF analysis.

Qualifications:

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
