Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for updating the company's contracts, ensuring they are organized, named conventionally, and stored efficiently. This role will involve working closely with various departments to revise agreements and enter contracts into our index/library. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong MS excel skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain the company's contracts database

Rename and conventionally name all contracts in accordance with company guidelines

May edit Contracts as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements

Enter contracts into the index/library, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly categorized

Qualifications:

High School diploma or Associate Degree in Business administration, legal studies, or related field

Proven experience in contract administration or a related role a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft excel

Ariba program knowledge a plus
