Federal Civilian Agencies Senior Account Manager - Law Enforcement & Financials

Description: The Senior Major Account Manager (SMAM) is responsible for sales activity and customer support in the U.S. Federal Civilian region; specifically, the Law Enforcement and Financials (LE&F) vertical. The SMAM will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual revenue quotas and ensuring that all Juniper sales and delivery activity is run efficiently and effectively. The SMAM will also be responsible for constructing and executing long-term account strategies and plans; ensuring Juniper growth is predictable, disciplined and significant; and successfully teaming with other Account Managers in the LE&F vertical. SMAM duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Construction of an Annual LE&F Business Plan Focused on Near and Long-Term Sales Opportunities to include Major Programs of Record, Network Refresh and Upgrades, etc.
  • Establish and Nurture Relationships with Key Technical, Operational, Acquisition and Business Executives and Decision Makers
  • Represent the Most Pressing LE&F Technical, Mission and Business Requirements to Federal and Corporate Leadership
  • Work in Synchronization with the Greater Federal Civilian Extended Team (Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Channels, etc.) on All Juniper Activity
  • Achieve, or Exceed, an Annual Revenue Objective

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience with Federal Agencies or Across a Complex Enterprise Environment
  • Combination of Product and Services Sales in Networking, Software or Compute Fields (Knowledge of Juniper Products Preferred)
  • Demonstrable Track Record of Growing Business with Federal Agencies or within a Complex Enterprise Environment
  • Knowledge of Drivers, Trends, Requirements, and Operations of Federal Law Enforcement and/or Financial Agencies or Across U.S. Government Environments
  • Strong and Deep Relationships with Key Technical, Business and Operational Leaders within, or in Partnership with, U.S. Federal Law Enforcement and/or Financial Agencies
  • Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI Clearance Preferable)
  • Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills with Demonstrated Leadership Ability

Minimum Salary: $239,360.00

Maximum Salary:$344,080.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $239,360.00 and $344,080.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
