Associate's Degree or administrative support certification or demonstrated completion of administrative support classes
Minimum five years of previous experience in an administrative support role with increasing levels of responsibility
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.See attachment for minimum skill list.New Hire will have skill levels listed under Executive Assistant included in attachment.Current Incumbent has one year to attain required skill level
Preferred: CHAP (Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional), CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or MCAS (Microsoft Certified Application Specialist)
