Signal Technician

In your role as aSignal Technician,you will:
- Performs preventative maintenance and regulatory testing on railroad signaling and traffic control equipment.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of railroad signaling and traffic control equipment.
- Trained and qualified in SNJLRTS Operating Rules.
- Trained and qualified to maintain railroad signaling in accordance with 49 CFR, parts 233 - 236.
- Perform signal construction other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor of Signal Maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Electronics / Electric Field or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 1 years in the railroad field with a technical diploma or certificate; 5 years in the railroad field without a technical diploma or certificate
