We have an outstanding position for a HR Specialist / Recruiting . Need to have experience with Recruitng in the government space, Need to be located in the VA/DC/MD area, 100% remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office.
- Need to have staffing and recruiting experience, prefer someone to have recruited for a government contractor.
- Responsibilities include functional areas such as departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and employment.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience for government contractor
- Experience with onboarding, and HR
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience working within HRIS system
Pay 31-32.00
