Job Description

At Inizio Evoke, we come together-to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.

In the journey of your life, your career should make a difference.

Inizio Evoke Transformation is looking for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Tech Lead to deliver exceptional, AEM-based, technical solutions to our clients' business goals. In addition to making our clients' lives easier through technology, you will lead a team of developers that build and maintain the websites and solutions we have delivered for our clients.

As the AEM technical lead you will be directly involved in the design, scoping, development, testing, and releases of multiple AEM sites and AEM component libraries. Additionally, the AEM Tech Lead will create proof-of-concept designs while ensuring the team has the right tools, training, documentation, and processes to maintain standards.

You have extensive experience working with AEM and have strong familiarity using the tools in the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite. You will lead a team of developers to work with an integrated team of Project Management, UX, Account and QA to create compelling experiences for clients with long-term maintainability and authoring of the websites as a priority.

You will be an expert translator who can turn our clients' high-level visions into low-level technical details, and back. You should be comfortable sitting face-to-face with the client to understand their needs and concerns, while also eager to write code and support the team in delivering the solutions.

As a Tech Lead, there will be ample opportunity to provide expertise and introduce new and better technology, techniques, and solutions that grow our expertise and provide better solutions for our clients.

This is a remote role and will report to the VP, MarTech IT Operations and Security.

You will:

* Lead the technical design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment of websites built with Adobe Experience Manager

* Perform hands-on coding of templates, components, dialogs, workflows, models and services

* Managing the AEM development team providing mentorship, onboarding, documentation, and team processes

* Determine feasibility and implementation details of AEM to meet business goals

* Design and implement third-party service integrations into AEM

* Ensuring the development has the skills and training necessary to meet project needs

* Continuing education, training and process improvement for the development team

* Working with our clients and project management team to define goals, objectives, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery

What you'll bring:

* Experience managing a development team

* Extensive experience with AEM 6.5

* Extensive experience using CSS, SaSS, JQuery and Javascript

* Experience with developing and maintaining AEM components

* Good understanding of continuous integration tools and CI/CD pipelines along with version control tools like Bitbucket, or Github

* Experience with managing Apache configurations and rewrite rules

* Troubleshooting AEM package deployment problems

* Experience writing requirements and scoping projects

* Experience working with cross channel team members and external stakeholders (clients, agencies)

* The ability to translate technical solutions for several non-technical audiences

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
