Job Summary:

CCO Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer who can deliver on configuration and custom development in our ServiceNow implementation as well as provide insight to the engineering team on opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and efficiencies. You will focus on engaging with customers and Technology partners through tickets and requests, developing, maintaining and configuring system capabilities, content delivery, operationalizing knowledge, assessing system performance, and identifying opportunities in our enterprise systems holistically.

CCO Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer who can deliver on configuration and custom development in our ServiceNow implementation as well as provide insight to the engineering team on opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and efficiencies. You will focus on engaging with customers and Technology partners through tickets and requests, developing, maintaining and configuring system capabilities, content delivery, operationalizing knowledge, assessing system performance, and identifying opportunities in our enterprise systems holistically.


The Solution Engineering team partners with stakeholders from Clear Channel's Corporate and Regional offices to enhance and improve the technologies that they use every day to perform their job. This includes HR and Financial Systems, Productivity Tools, API, IAM, BI, Content Portals, and Project and Workflow Management systems. We are an integral part of ensuring that Clear Channel Outdoor operates smoothly and meets our commitment of excellence to our customers.


What you'll do

  • Understand and assess as-is business process workflows and user experiences to find ways to enhance them with appropriate technology solutions
  • Implement configuration changes and custom developed solutions based on complex business requirements
  • Design, build, test, deploy and monitor integrations
  • Build new technology solutions to meet complex business requirements
  • Manage and triage a ticket queue for all incoming tickets, ensuring timely response to our customers and rapid, successful resolution to issues
  • Represent your business users needs and issues into clearly actionable stories
  • Engage with technology partners around incidents and requests, resolving issues while bringing awareness to the bigger picture and any trends which could be resolved long term
  • Build close relationships with our customers and Technology partners to enhance the solutions you build
  • Help with our compliance activities including application walkthroughs, evidencing controls, and ensuring appropriate visibility and maintenance of elevated roles throughout the enterprise portfolio
  • Administer the SaaS application platform and implementing configuration changes
  • Facilitate business stakeholder verification and end user acceptance testing

Work Experience

  • 3+ years full-time employment in software engineering-related roles
  • 2+ years contributing to the delivery of enterprise-class business software, technology services and/or support with a focus on ServiceNow
  • 2+ years consulting with customers/stakeholders, understanding business needs, and prescribing technology solutions
  • 2+ years utilizing agile delivery methods, practices, and frameworks
  • 2+ years managing the administration and configuration of ServiceNow
  • 2+ years integrating with other cloud-based applications and data services

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably business administration, information systems, or computer science) or comparable work experience
  • Specific Application or business function experience or training and equivalent certification a plus

Skills

  • Strong organizational / time management skills, and be detailed oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
  • Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Engineering in technologies like Javascript, Glide, Angular, and REST

  • Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
  • Occasional business travel - approximately 10%
