SDFCU is seeking a Real Estate Mortgage Closer/Disburser whose role it will be to assist members with mortgage settlement and funding.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Two years of experience processing and or closing mortgage loans required, knowledge of real estate lending.
• Basic knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations.
• Two year degree required, course work in related field desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient clerical skills and typing speed of 40 wpm desired.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform a variety of duties each day.
