Responsibilities

Duties

    Manage 1-25 SETA and cyber security direct and accreditation personnel supporting various job functions to include: systems integration, requirements management, governance, capabilities development, operatations and engineering support and/or other scope on a technical support contract.
  • Hire and terminate resources based on contractual requirements.
  • Guide technical performance and execution of the contractual requirements by Peraton personnel.
  • Develop and administer performance goals and assessments for direct reports.
  • Fill and execute an individual contributor role on the program providing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I).
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
  • Direct customer domain experience.
  • Knowledge of specific customer policies, operations and strategic plans within the specific customer domain.
  • Demonstrated experience providing SE&I support to operational focused technology customers.
  • BS with 10+ years of experience, MS with 8+ years of experience; additional relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Desired:

  • Prior experience across the current portfolio of customers associated with the contract.
  • Previous or current team lead or management responsibility of a team ranging from 1-25 FTEs.
  • Experience providing technical guidance to client organizations managing multiple highly technical projects or operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with cyber security and accreditation, capabilities development, and requirements/portfolio management.

Target Salary Range
$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
