We are hiring a Business Analysis Manager to join the 340B Business Line. This position will be hybrid in Midvale, UT.

Business Analysis Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, and all Business Analyst inquiries and needs.
  • Provide training and documentation to existing and new Business Analysts.
  • Oversee all new boardings and ensure all project plans and documentation are completed by assigned Business Analyst:
    • Pharmacy onboarding
    • Third Party Administrator onboarding
    • Direct Covered Entities
  • Manage key accounts, maintain long-term relationships with strategically important accounts, and maximize inside sales opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all accounts including key decision-making personnel, integration specifics, and overall downstream impacts of the claim lifecycle.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Work closely with project/account managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve datatranslation or integration development.
  • Work with Business Analysts to perform data analysis and translate to internal and external end users.
  • Perform Project Management tasks to oversee successful onboarding and other project completion.
  • Provide customers or internal teams with support on technical integration issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting websites, applications, and user access issues.
  • Be responsible for various system functions, including Incident, change, system, and project management.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures and key controls.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross functional team members and management.
  • Efficiently manage time under aggressive deadlines.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test plans and test cases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of business systems, programming and systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.
  • Knowledge of department specific system applications or products.
  • Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analysis user requirements.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.
  • Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management, staff employees and external vendors or clients.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Microsoft Office and SQL Proficient.
  • Excellent problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage client expectations.
  • Ability to follow up and drive interdepartmental priorities to meet customer requirements.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic; willing to go above and beyond for customer.

Education & Experience:

  • Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and some experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with 340B.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Pay range (depending on experience) : $90,000-$105,000
