Position: Pega Functional Test Specialist Journeyman (MUST be a US Citizen)

Security Requirement: This program requires a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are provided by the Program.

Description/Responsibilities:

Anakim Consulting is seeking Pega Functional Test Specialist Journeyman to support our government customers modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform. Only U.S. citizens will be considered.

Description of Assignment:

Craft comprehensive testing plans for software developed on the Pega Platform, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Skillset should include:

• Active IRS MBI clearance preferable
• Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
• Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
• 3 to 5 years' experience and bachelor's degree (Note: Bachelor's degree can be waived with 4 additional years of experience)

• Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
• Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
