Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
  • Delegate authority and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to Compliance department.
  • Responsible for correspondence and communications with state regulators.
  • Assists and advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful compliance of internal controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintains internal controls, standard operations procedures and regulation for state and federal agencies. Audit follow-up.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and department management.
  • Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
  • Manage day to day operation of the BSA/AML Compliance Program.
  • Collaborate with BSA Officers and various entity level departments to direct BSA/AML compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that BSA/AML compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
  • Maintains knowledge of developments, trends, and best practice in BSA/AML compliance administration, including state legal and regulatory changes and propose changes to Bally's corporate BSA/AML compliance practices.
  • Provide investigation support and direction for entity level reporting with the Know Your Customer Program and customer source of funds as needed.
  • Monitors employee BSA/AML training and coordinates BSA/AML compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of all current BSA/AML compliance.
Qualifications

Experience
5 - 7 years: Experience in a compliance, regulatory, or analytical position with a 2 year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (required)
