PAC Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to Drive Productivity and Continuous Improvement!

Are you an analytical and innovative problem-solver with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? PAC is seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and drive significant improvements in machine uptime, speed, and scrap reduction.

In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with Continuous Improvement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to analyze existing processes, research innovative solutions, and implement productivity enhancements. You'll work hands-on with machine operators, leads, maintenance staff, and trainers to understand bottlenecks and overcome barriers to improved efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyze manufacturing processes and develop low-cost optimization strategies
- Oversee the implementation of productivity improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot process, procedural, and operational issues
- Achieve significant cost savings through increased uptime, reduced scrap, and faster cycle times

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of technical/engineering experience
- Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- AutoCAD and electrical controls systems experience (preferred)
