Evaluates business requirements and performs basic data integration and analysis. Develops routine analytical and reporting tools utilizing integrated data. Provides technical support.
Performing bioinformatics analyses and using the R and Python programming languages in a Linux/Unix environment. Realizing deep learning projects using Pytorch and TensorFlow. Curating metabolic pathways across species (frog, human, mouse), and performing integrative analyses of gene expression and metabolite data. Analyzing and summarizing data for scientific communication. Maintaining records of data and data analyses, reviewing, and presenting the pertinent scientific literature. Other duties as assigned.
