Timmons Group is currently seeking a Solution Adoption and Rollout Services Coordinator to join our Solutions Development team. We are open to remote candidates for this position.

Our Solutions Development group is looking for a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Adoption and Rollout Services Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the champion between our clients and our solutions development team, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to adoption. With a focus on professionalism and communication, you will guide our clients from user acceptance testing and final delivery to socializing the change involved with new technology and successful adoption of the solution. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing marketing collateral and facilitating change management efforts to increase awareness, promote adoption and maximize the value of our solutions. This is a key service for our clients, including many local, state, and federal government clients, that will not only generate quicker return on their investment but ensure a smoother transition into new technology that will not only help them but also their constituents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our application development and solutions development teams before, during and after application go-live, fostering strong relationships built on trust and communication.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to gain a deep understanding of client requirements, goals, and pain points for solution roll-out.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored implementation plans that align with their strategic and project objectives and business processes.
  • Develop customized scopes of work per client and solution that is tailored to that organization's specific solution adoption, communication, training, and outreach needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

Project Management:

  • Lead and orchestrate all aspects of the solution adoption, training, and outreach process, employing best-in-class project management methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and meticulously monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks, leveraging your expertise to keep projects on track and on schedule.
  • Work with multiple teams that include subject matter, user experience, and technical experts to coordinate, estimate, and deliver on all solutions adoption and rollout deliverables.

Training and Support:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of end-users, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to fully leverage the capabilities of our custom app solutions.
  • Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials to enhance the adoption and utilization of our solutions across client organizations.

Marketing and Change Management:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop compelling marketing and solution rollout collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition, impact, timing, and relevance of our applications and solutions to the client's user base.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging webinars and training sessions to socialize change and drive excitement around the adoption of our solutions within client organizations.
  • Serve as a champion for change management, advocating for the benefits of our solutions and guiding clients through the transition process with empathy and expertise.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and internal team members to continuously improve our processes and deliver an unparalleled level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to help them maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years' proven experience in solution adoption and rollout within a professional services environment, with a focus on software implementation or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and their application in complex, client-facing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in delivering training or educational workshops, with a passion for empowering others through knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Proficiency in training and collaboration platforms/tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
  • Knowledge and experience with geospatial or GIS solutions desired.
  • Experience working within a professional services firm preferred.
  • Experience working with natural resource organizations desired.
