Plan, develop, implement, and manage assigned outreach programs for Sentara. Work with stakeholders in the community to increase access to services, raise public awareness for outreach campaigns, and provide comprehensive outreach assistance. Provide education and advocacy to identified families and community members. Coordinate special projects and outreach initiatives as necessary to promote health and nutritional support needs onsite and within the community. Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, donors, and community partners to ensure a consistent supply of goods, services, and resources for identified populations. Perform data collection and metrics reporting. Ability to understand local support agencies. Ability to relate to people from a variety of socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.Qualifications:
