Responsibilities
    Build consensus, aggregates team objectives and progress and publishes to the scrum/Kanban team and the customer.
  • Implement consistent Agile process and tools for product management and lead the development of priorities and commitments
  • Removes impediments through provision of appropriate resources, guidance, and escalation
  • Collaborates with the ISSO, product manager, other scrum masters, and architecture to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
  • Ensures adherence to Agile practice through agile ceremonies, retrospectives, etc.
  • Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives
  • Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to other scrum masters and team members
  • Ensure metrics are used and communicated for continuous improvement
  • Ability to promote psychological safety and collaboration amongst team
  • Work with the product owner to gather, analyze, design, and document product requirements for a new IT solution
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop functional solutions
  • Responsible for creating/updating documents required as part of an agile system development lifecycle including epics, features, user stories, detailed functional specifications, and inputs for technical design
  • Coordinate with the technical development team to ensure complete understanding of functional specifications
  • Review/edit requirement specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the client's proposed solution
  • Support the business by becoming a Subject Matter Expert on the product/solution
  • Support user-centered design activities such as end-user focus groups and usability analysis
  • Facilitate meetings and discussion as needed during the project lifecycle
  • Develop education & outreach materials including user guides and other external communications
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Support product testing efforts including user acceptance testing
  • Assist in capturing meeting minutes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile scaling methodologies as well as Scrum, and Kanban
  • Familiarity or working knowledge of OKRs preferred but not required
  • Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff
  • In-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus building skills
  • Experience in analyzing the business and functional impact of change requests (CRs)
  • Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize issues to perform proactive planning activities, ability to function in a complex environment
  • Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce polished written products
  • Close attention to formatting details
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear documents to be used by a variety of audiences
  • Proven knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Access

Education

  • Bachelors of Science or Bachelor of Arts

Clearance:

  • US Residency Requirement (3/last 5 years working in US)
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Location

  • Remote, USA

Pay Range:

  • This position ranges from $38,145 to $61,625.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
