Job Description

The Director of Clinical Analytics and Outcomes leads and directs the Clinical Analytics and Outcomes Team and functions, aligns with strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders on the strategic priorities and in selecting appropriate data sources that drive data-driven business decisions. Supports achievement of clinical analytics strategy, builds ongoing business relationships, and provides decision-making leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, preparing and implementing business strategy to achieve the organization's goals, ensuring legal compliance, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, managing employment decisions and contributions of supporting team members, and managing departmental budget and fiscal success.
  • Drive development of clinical analytics portfolio and user adoption and experience.
  • Participates in the formulation of data-driven business decisions.
  • Partners with internal customers to identify opportunities and develop analytics solutions, articulate and prioritize analytics needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Engages with senior leaders, function heads, and other business stakeholders to provide data-driven consulting and translate data analytics trends and outcomes into intuitive narratives.
  • Promotes quality throughout the analytics life cycle and monitors adherence to internal standards and best practices.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or quality; 5 years as a leader or management
