About the Talent Acquisition Team

The Talent Acquisition team manages a high volume of requisitions across our corporate offices. We have fun while we work and enjoy the fast pace of a retail company. We have close partnerships with each other, hiring managers, and internal partners.

Overview of the Recruiter role

You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers while leading candidates through the recruiting process. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you will source, attract, and hire candidates up to the Director level. You will also be responsible for building relationships with external organizations, schools and associations to build a diverse pipeline of candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting projects that will enhance and elevate how we recruit at WSI. This position will be focused on tech recruiting as well as shared services (finance/accounting) for our corporate HQs.

This role is onsite in SF 4X a week.

Responsibilities

  • Autonomously and independently manage requisitions
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs
  • Educate and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, for both temp and full-time roles
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and values, seeking candidates who bring fresh ideas and diverse backgrounds to the table
  • Partner with HR on programs and initiatives
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions

Criteria

  • A Bachelor' Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of requisitions
  • Experience working in tech recruiting
  • Experience working with all levels of management and cross-functional partners
  • Agency staffing experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office Suite and Teams

The expected starting pay range for this position is $105,000-$150,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
