Here are the key details of the Production Welder position:
- Pay: $18/hr. (with scheduled raises every 90 days, 180 days, and semi-annually)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (some Fridays maybe half days)
- Fabricating, assembling, and welding metal/steel components for various trailers
- Ensuring welds meet quality standards through meticulous inspection
- Reading blueprints and drawings, and taking accurate measurements to plan layouts and procedures
- Selecting appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods based on project requirements
- Utilizing a variety of tools, maintaining equipment, and assisting with other tasks as required
