Successful candidates should have the following certifications, experience, & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Ten years Director level IT management experience in healthcare, to include EPIC EMR experience
- Knowledge of healthcare IT regulatory compliance matters.
- Ability to present to boards and internal groups on all GBMC IT matters.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills, including compassion, collaboration, self-awareness, conflict management and resolution.
