Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the UX roadmap. You will analyze customer behavior to implement changes and adjustments to ensure exceptional consumer experience.

This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops a strategic approach to conduct surveys and observe user behavior to gain insights into customer preferences, needs, and pain points and build an execution plan to deliver.
  • Identify KPIs, build reports and dashboards, and analyze user data and behaviors using analytics tools to track user journeys, drop offs, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Build, plan and execute usability tests to identify strategic opportunities for growth on the website.
  • Build a testing schedule, set up, and analyze A/B tests to determine the impact of onsite performance and functionality changes according to relevant metrics based on strategic business objectives.
  • Create user personas to represent expanding and evolving customer groups and their associated buying patterns to better inform onsite decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to drive UX enhancements.
  • Identify, monitor and report on key performance indicators related to overall user experience.
  • Evaluate competitors' websites and onsite experiences to identify strengths and weaknesses in comparison to our platform while consistently monitoring the marketplace for best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Strategically build a UX enhancements roadmap to optimize and elevate overall site experience.
  • Build technical UI/UX designs that can be delivered to developers. Write UI/UX requirements to supplement designs. Participate in development process including testing, QA.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years with a +$200M premium consumer brand
  • Experience with CSS (tailwind, bootstrap), HTML, JavaScript, CMS applications, and Figma or similar digital design application.
  • Ability to drive revenue to meet or exceed P&L goals while maintaining a high-end digital brand experience.
  • Experience in digital KPI setting, tracking, and dashboard creation with the ability to extract insights from data and KPIs.
  • Expertise optimizing the customer journey in both web and mobile environments.
  • Experience determining and implementing solutions to user interface challenges.
  • Expertise building and executing A/B tests while leveraging the data to further enhance the consumer experience.
  • Experience gaining and actioning on consumer insights and user behavior through surveys, A/B testing, and KPI tracking.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Apparel and/or footwear consumer brand experience
  • Bachelor's degree in design or computer-related programs
