Job Description
Do you have Estimating experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industries? Are you looking to work in a fast paced environment where everyone is like a family?
Our client is in the Green Bay area in the fabrication industry and is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for providing accurate pricing, routings and materials from customer supplied blueprints. You will work with various departments involved with the manufacturing process of the quoted product.
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Identify labor, material, and outsourcing requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Figure set-ups and run times based off of customer specs
- Generate accurate estimates of time and costs to build component parts and assemblies
- Quotes that are won will be prepared for the manufacturing departments
- Verify job routings, materials and applicable Requisition Forms at time of Purchase Order
- Create estimates/quotes for custom metal fabrications

General Information:
Hours: Full time, 44 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-3:30pm
Length: Temporary to hire, potentially Direct Hire

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Estimating experience is required
- Must have experience working in either a manufacturing, fabricating or welding industry
- Previous experience reading blue prints is required
- Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Must be able to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- JobBOSS software experience is a plus
