Overview:

Softtek Government Solutions, is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to expand our growth team across our portfolio of customers and capabilities, extend our customer footprint, and drive an increase in revenue and contracts. The goal of this position is to have a direct impact on the company's growth and business strategy and be a key member of this high-visibility Strategy & Growth team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sr. Proposal coordinator will be responsible for establishing a company's guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completed proposals. The proposals are usually created with a timeframe, and many times you will be working with a team to complete the proposal before a deadline.

As the Sr. Proposal coordinator, you will work to edit and design the finalized proposal document. You will also work to communicate the proposal in various ways, including graphic layouts and PowerPoint presentations. You will either be developing a template for all future proposals or ensuring that an established template is followed. You will also work with the proposal team to ensure that deadlines are met. In many situations, you could be working on multiple proposals at the same time. Finally, you will be responsible for communicating the progress of proposals to management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Proposal Coordinator/Specialist
• B.S. degree (Business Administration or a related field of study) and experience in the field of marketing or proposals
• You will also need to be skilled in an office productivity suite like Microsoft Office and design-based software such as Microsoft Publisher or Adobe
• You will need to be able to accurately proofread the entire proposal
• Preferred: Proposal Management Certifications/Shipley Training
