• The candidate should have a proven track record in successfully managing captures of various sizes
• It is important for the candidate to have strong connections with key government customers and industry partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role
• The candidate should possess a deep understanding of pricing and competitive strategies
• The ability to lead and organize capture activities, build industry teams, assess win probability, and effectively manage diverse teams is essential
• Previous experience in supporting business development and capture efforts for federal agencies is highly desirable
• Self-motivation and strong time management skills are necessary for this position

• Possess well-established and highly regarded connections within the federal IT community
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively and garner internal backing; delivering a persuasive narrative to secure management support; working autonomously with minimal oversight and input; and forging a strong professional rapport with technical personnel, divisional leaders, and colleagues throughout Tria is imperative
