Job Description
  1. Dismantle equipment on walls of all areas to be painted, properly protect flooring, ceiling, and surrounding equipment while performing tasks, and reinstall all equipment so space is available for operations the following morning. Capable of utilizing hand tools, including all power tools as needed.
  2. Make and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
  3. Complete assigned work orders and PM's. Proactively developing any additional work orders that are needed.
  4. Perform minimal maintenance tasks as needed.
  5. Painting walls, floors, woodwork, general carpentry, and replace and repair brick and dry walls.
  6. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment indoors and outdoors.
  7. Communicate with Manager any issues noted in the field.
  8. Effectively utilize Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in accordance with Sixteenth Street CMMS processes. PROTEUS workorder system.
  9. Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
  10. Individual will follow a building schedule per facility manager, complete one site over a period then moves on to the next selected site.
  11. The primary location will be the Sixteenth Street Parkway location. When Parkway complete the individual will take a company vehicle to the next assigned location to perform duty and return to Parkway to punch out and return vehicle.
  12. Individual will be responsible for leaving the workspace in the same order before starting task and clean, ready for operation status following day.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  1. High School Diploma / GED equivalent.
  2. Two years of college education or 3 years’ experience equivalent.
  3. Basic computer skills.
  4. Work varied schedule and flexible hours (Shift 2nd) start 3pm to 11:30pm Monday thru Friday.
  5. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
