We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions for our clients. The Product Owner will work alongside a Business Intelligence Analyst (supporting dashboard development), report to the Department Analytics Manager, and serve as the central interface between the team and IT.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and data engineers, to define and deliver high-quality product features.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of product development processes, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, querying data from data lakes, data warehouses, and other sources.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the utility or engineering consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile software development practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience interfacing with and querying data from data lakes, data warehouses (AWS/Azure), and other sources.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000.The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
