What you'll do:

As part of AAB Operations, the Client Integration Technician - Treasury Management will provide timely and accurate support to active customers that includes, troubleshooting, documenting, tracking, and resolving escalated user related software issues, monitoring system data quality, testing and integrating new customer system enhancements or migrations and compatibility with related systems, and creating communication plans and collateral to support new software releases. The Technician will maintain Bank approved programs and reporting (e.g., Colorado Metro Districts), ensuring the bank is properly reporting new and closed accounts falling under the guidance of these programs; they must also ensure timely audits and communication with the DoRA regulators. The Technician will collaborate with AAB Operations, Sales, and Product, as well as clients' support staff, WAB IT, and other bank stakeholders, as needed, to resolve and close issues.

What we are looking for:

  • Support set-up related to existing clients' software transitions (e.g. ACH and validation SFTP transfers, API's) and bank products (e.g. Positive Pay). Is a SME resource, understanding integration of all key systems.
  • Resolve questions and communicate with customers related to technology and system integrations between our client's software and bank systems. Troubleshoot and identify root of problem.
  • Support creating, enhancing, and implement efficient workflow processes for the AAB Operations team.
  • Collaborate with the AAB Product group, Treasury Management Advisors and WAB IT; actively test system enhancements and help to create new processes that incorporate control points (as needed). Assist in creating internal and external communication and training related to maintaining the new feature.
  • Run/manage the Banks Colorado Metro District product. Task to include accurate monthly reporting, surveying other areas of the bank to identify new and closed accounts, and insuring all accounts stay within FDIC limits so the banks collateral is not required. In addition, communicate all regulatory changes on the product to all areas using the product, Treasury Management who manages the collateral, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and WAB Legal.
  • Evaluate and assist development of reports used by AAB Operations, ensuring integrity of data. Collaborate with Operations Managers to correct data integrity problems. Escalate issues per business policy.
  • Administer DocuSign use, template integration, and for AAB Operations. Collaborate with WAB Digital Ops to ensure adherence to DocuSign standards and the electronic signatures and records policy.
  • Support Bankers in rolling out changes to customers such as new system enhancements or new bank products.
  • Manages small to medium and supports complex projects and drives results toward successful achievement of objectives, as assigned.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is required and 2+ years a technical support role or 5+ years of HOA support experience along with 2+ years technical support.
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, treasury management services and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to convey ideas and thoughts with clarity, confidence, and respectfulness.
  • A self-starter and collaborative teammate with excellent problem-solving skills. Proactive in understanding the root of an issue and collaborating to consider a wide range of solutions before moving forward.
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate when appropriate, and drive results.
  • Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
