Job Description
Working closely with our sales leads, the Senior Pursuit and Proposal Manager (SPPM) will manage complex pursuits according to a defined process from strategy and content development through proposal submissions, presentations, and any other deliverables related to the opportunity. They will coordinate diverse pursuit teams, creating and reinforcing project plans to ensure we are bringing our best to every pursuit and are fully compliant in every respect, resulting in memorable and compelling proposals that drive new business.

This is a Hybrid role. The expectation is to be in office 3 days a week and 2 days working remote.

Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition.

Suggest creative and compelling themes, strategies and approaches for major pursuits.

Oversee end-to-end proposal processes, making sure that every member of the proposal team, including sales, subject matter experts, pricing, design, marketing, knows what is expected and when tasks are due.

Working with design team, write, edit, and develop appropriate graphics to support messaging and theme.

Support the preparation of all deliverables related to the opportunity (such as Presentations, YellowPad Reviews and additional follow-up requests.

Attend prep sessions as needed/requested by sales leads and pursuit teams.

Adopt process improvements and best practices related to business development and proposal management.

Champion efforts to ensure creative deliverables that promote the firm's brand.


Qualifications
At least five years of related business development, sales, or marketing communications experience, with at least two of those working directly in B2B proposal management(REQUIRED)

Commercial real estate industry experience (Preferred)

Government Services experience (REQUIRED)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation skills, and the ability to interface with senior leadership

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and effective time management

Creative design skills (Preferred)

Ability to translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications

Flexible and proactive individual able to work under their own initiative with diverse teams

Ability to multi-task, while maintaining quality and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Suite (Strongly Preferred)
