Clinical Nurse Coordinator- Burn Center- West Valley

Job Description
DescriptionAssist with oversight of operations in the Burn units, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. Evaluate all burn patients in the Emergency Room and handle telephone triage for calls from external Emergency Rooms, coordinating with the Burn Physician on call for admission and treatment. Create unit schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts. Collaborate in staff evaluations with the Burn Unit director. As needed, fulfill nursing duties in any capacity. Additionally, participate in American Burn Association (ABA) verification functions.
Salary Range: $50.38-$120.02
QualificationsWe're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
* Current valid CA RN license, required
* BSN or MSN, required
* 5 years of acute care RN experience, required
* Current BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required
* ACLS and PALS, preferred
* Previous charge nurse experience, required
