Job Description

Reingold, a full-service marketing and communications firm, is hiring a content specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to help bring our clients' digital campaigns to life. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2+ days on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia or Raleigh, North Carolina.

You can expect to do the following work:

  • Collaborate with art directors, graphic designers, video producers, and writers to create content for use across digital platforms.

  • Translate clients' goals and digital marketing strategies into content plans for social media, and other channels.

  • Bring our clients' digital strategies to life through tactical planning, creative copywriting, content calendar development, video and graphics plans, and development of other digital content products.

  • Analyze data to report on and optimize campaign content and make performance-based recommendations.

  • Conduct market research analyses (e.g., competitor, landscape, audience, sociallistening).

  • Stay current with the changing digital and social landscape and integrate content and creative trends into your work.

This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least two years of relevant professional experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital content strategy and execution across platforms.

  • Experience in digital marketing and writing social content

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with one or more social media management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or other.

  • An interest in social listening and data analysis is a plus.

  • Capacity to thrive under pressure, work on multiple projects, and to meet tight deadlines.

  • Self-start mentality, and willingness to embrace new challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
